As a parent or guardian of a player participating in Classics Elite Soccer Academy, I acknowledge and agree to adhere to the following code of conduct:

1. Supportive Environment: I will create a supportive and positive environment for all players, coaches, officials, and other parents involved. Respect the decisions and instructions of coaches and referees, even if you may disagree with them.

2. Respect: I will show respect towards players, coaches, officials, and other parents, regardless of differences in opinion, background, or ability. Refrain from using abusive language, insults, or derogatory remarks towards anyone. 

3. Sportsmanship: I will encourage good sportsmanship and fair play at all times, both on and off the field. Discourage any behavior that promotes cheating, dishonesty, or unsportsmanlike conduct.

4. Communication: I will communicate with coaches and staff in a respectful and constructive manner, addressing any concerns or issues through appropriate channels. I also agree to follow the 24 hour rule after games/practices to voice issues, concerns or complaints. 

5. Attendance and Punctuality: I will ensure that my child attends training sessions, matches, and other  events on time and regularly.

Consequence for Parent Ejection from Game:

In the event that a parent or guardian is ejected from any CE related games, practices, or event for any reason, CE will follow the below outline. 

The ejected parent or guardian must leave the game venue immediately upon receiving the ejection. 

• First Offense: A verbal warning from the Club/Director, followed by email notification.

• Second Offense: 1 game suspension from attending the next scheduled game or event involving the child's team. Email notification will also be sent with game suspension outlined. 

• Third Offense: 3 games suspension from attending the next scheduled game(s) or event involving the child’s team in addition to in person meeting with Club officials to discuss the incident and agree on steps to prevent similar behavior in the future. Further game, practice, event suspensions will be discussed and outlined in the meeting. Email notification will be sent with disciplinary actions outlined. 

Following the 3rd suspension, more severe consequences, including potential long-term suspension from attending/ participating in Classics Elite may be enforced.

By agreeing to this code of conduct, I understand that I am representing Classics Elite Soccer Academy and its values, and I commit to upholding the highest standards of conduct both on and off the field.

Classics Elite reserves the right to modify or terminate these policies at any time.
